COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we thread the machine.

Still unsure? Call and describe the job. A quick conversation can usually narrow down the right garment, stitch type and production range.

What file do you need for embroidery?

Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF is preferred, but a clean high-resolution PNG or JPG can often be used. Every new design must be converted into an embroidery stitch file before production.

What is logo digitizing?

Digitizing maps how an embroidery machine will sew your artwork, including stitch direction, density, underlay and sequence. It is different from simply converting an image into a vector.

Can every logo be done in 3D puff?

No. 3D puff works best with bold shapes and lettering. Very thin lines, tiny gaps and heavy detail may need to be simplified or stitched flat.

Can I supply my own garments?

Customer-supplied garments may be accepted after review. Availability, fabric, seams, coatings and garment construction can affect whether an item can be embroidered safely.

How long does an embroidery order take?

A typical sample turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and deposit. Rush production depends on the design, garments and current schedule.
