Da Mouse Trap Work
Custom Screen Printing Built in Los Angeles
Real projects from our shop: screen printed uniforms, streetwear drops, premium hoodies, signage, and artwork built for brands, artists, schools, and local businesses across Greater Los Angeles.
Featured Projects
Each project below shows a different side of what Da Mouse Trap handles: clean print execution, creative problem solving, apparel design, and the small-business relationships that keep the work moving.
Larios Tire Shop
What started as a tire patch turned into a fresh reprint that honored the original horse shirt design.
BREAKER Puff Drop
Heavyweight Shaka Wear tees with raised puff ink and layered color treatments.
BREAKER Halftone
A single-color halftone print that kept the artwork detailed while staying print-ready.
Second Chapter
A rebuild moment for the shop and the start of a new run in the screen printing journey.
De Todo Un Poco
Premium hoodies with two-color prints and artwork rebuilt from rough draft to final design.
Semiramis Academy
Uniforms, window graphics, design support, and signage for a long-term local client.
Project Stories
Portfolio pages work harder when they explain the job, the material, and the result. These stories give visitors a reason to trust the shop before they ask for a quote.
Larios Tire Shop Navy Gildan Shirts
This project started with a simple tire patch. The owner greeted me like we already knew each other and asked where I had been. As we talked about the horse photos around the shop, he explained they were his horses and showed me the original shirts that featured his tire business with the horse like a shop trophy. Once I shared what we do at Da Mouse Trap, the job became a fresh reprint: a cleaned-up design that respected the original while giving the presentation a sharper finish.
BREAKER Puff Print Streetwear Drop
For BRE4KER, we printed heavyweight Shaka Wear drop shoulder tees with raised puff plastisol ink. The black version used an all-white puff print, while the white version combined blue and red ink over a puff base for a layered streetwear finish.
BREAKER Single-Color Halftone
This BRE4KER project was a single-color blue halftone print on Shaka Wear heavyweight tees. It was a creative challenge and a proof point: detailed artwork can still feel dimensional, textured, and expressive with one ink when the prep and print are handled right.
The Second Chapter
This was the first project after getting back to screen printing following years without a machine, and it also happened to be the first piece printed for 9T9D, another brand project of mine. It marked a new chapter for Da Mouse Trap: the point where the hustle, the artwork, and the shop started coming together again.
De Todo Un Poco Premium Hoodies
The back design came in as a rough Canva draft, then we rebuilt the idea in Illustrator and gave it a sharper visual style. The final hoodie used two colors per side and became one of those projects that helped spark a stronger creative direction for the shop.
Semiramis Beauty & Barbering Academy
Semiramis is a long-term local client whose owners trusted Da Mouse Trap to help bring their visual ideas to life. From T-shirt uniforms to window graphics, design support, and signage, this relationship shows how small businesses can grow together through consistent quality and trust.
